Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
By signing up for the Credit Solutions.AI® affiliate program (“Program”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).
Credit Solutions.AI® reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current program, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the terms of service. Continued use of the program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
Loss of any affiliate commissions generated during the infraction and immediate account termination are consequences of any breach of the rules listed below. With the affiliate program, you knowingly put yourself at danger.
Account Terms
To participate in this program, one must be at least 18 years old.
To join as an affiliate, you need to be a US resident.
Anyone caught employing “bots” or any other kind of automatic account registration will have their account immediately removed.
In addition to providing a valid email address and legal name, applicants are required to fill out all other fields on the application.
No more than one person may use a given login; it is not acceptable to share a login with others.
Your account and password are your responsibility to keep secure. Credit Solutions.AI® cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Anything you post or do while using your account is entirely your responsibility.
No individual or organization may have more than one account.
No one may utilize the affiliate program in a way that violates the law. You agree that your use of the service will not infringe upon any intellectual property or other laws in your jurisdiction.
Affiliates can use their own links to earn money on Credit Solutions.AI® purchases.
Links/graphics on your site, in your emails, or other communications
Upon acceptance into the affiliate program, you will have the option to create your own affiliate code. An additional option is to create a QR code for ease of use. You are free to use your affiliate code in any way you see fit, including but not limited to links, banners, and emails. We will provide you with guidelines, link styles, and tips to help link to Credit Solutions.AI®.
Make sure you utilize the unique links established on our website to connect to us so we can accurately monitor, report, and accrue referral fees. Links to Credit Solutions.AI® Official Site can be placed on your website, social media, or anywhere else you prefer pursuant to this agreement. You will earn referral fees only with respect to sales on Credit Solutions.AI® packages occur directly through your links. We disclaim any liability that may arise from your or your recommendation’s failure to use affiliate links or from the improper entry of your affiliate code. In the event that this failure lowers the amounts that would have been payable to you under this agreement, this also applies. If a referral fails to connect to your account, please contact us so that we may manually make a payment to validate the recommendation. We are here to assist you.
The affiliate link should take the user directly to the product page.
Referral fees, commissions and payment
For a sale to be eligible to earn a referral fee, the customer must click through or scan your link to https://creditsolutionsai.com and complete an order for a product during that session.
Our systems will only pay out commissions for connections that they detect and report automatically. We will not compensate you for any purported purchases or referral codes that were unrecognized by our system. Only sales generated by correctly designed links, which our algorithms detect automatically, will we pay commissions on.
Commissions obtained by immoral, unlawful, excessively pushy, or otherwise dubious sales or marketing practices will not be eligible for disqualification.
After you’ve made $20 or more in affiliate revenue, payments will start rolling in. You will not get any commissions until your affiliate account balance reaches $20. Payments for accounts that have over $20 are solely our responsibility.
Identifying yourself as a Credit Solutions.AI® Affiliate
Your termination from the program may occur if you publish a news release on this agreement or your participation in the program. Also, unless otherwise stated in this agreement, you can’t exaggerate or misrepresent our relationship with you, claim development of our products, affiliation with Credit Solutions.AI® Official Site, or any other relationship or affiliation (such as our support, sponsorship, endorsement, or monetary contributions to a charity or other cause).
Payment schedule
We will pay you every month if your affiliate earnings are more than $20. If you haven’t made $20 since your last payment, we’ll send you your money the month after you reach that milestone. We will provide an update on our affiliates and conditions as soon as they are available; however, for now, we are working on a way to pay out every week.
Clients definition
Customers that use this program to buy our services are considered our customers. Thus, all of our regulations, policies, and processes pertaining to sales, customer service, and client orders will be binding on our customers. Our rules and processes are subject to change whenever we see fit. For instance, we will use our own pricing policy to figure out how much to charge for our services under this program. Availability and services may change periodically. You shouldn’t show our pricing on your site, as it could alter without warning, affecting all of your ads. While we will make every attempt to provide correct information, we are unable to provide a pricing guarantee for any specific service.
Your responsibilities
The creation, launch, and upkeep of your site, as well as any content inside, will be entirely your responsibility. As an example, the following will fall entirely on your shoulders:
The technical operation of your site and all related equipment
Ensuring the display of your links on your site does not violate any agreement between you and any third party (including, without limitation, any restrictions or requirements placed on you by a third party that hosts your site)
The accuracy, truth, and appropriateness of materials posted on your site (including, among other things, all service-related materials and any information you include within or associate with your links)
Materials posted on your site do not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party (including, for example, copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights)
Ensuring that materials posted on your site are not libelous or otherwise illegal
Your site accurately and adequately discloses, either through a privacy policy or otherwise, how you collect, use, store, and disclose data collected from visitors, including, where applicable, that third parties (including advertisers) may serve content and/or advertisements and collect information directly from visitors and may place or recognize cookies on visitors’ browsers.
Compliance with Laws
As a condition to your participation in the program, you agree that while you are an affiliate, you will comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, licenses, permits, judgments, decisions or other requirements of any governmental authority that has jurisdiction over you, whether those laws, etc. are now in effect or later come into effect during the time you are an affiliate. Without limiting the foregoing obligation, you agree that, as a condition of your participation in the program, you will comply with all applicable laws (federal, state or otherwise) that govern marketing email, including, without limitation, the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and all other anti-spam laws.
Term of the Agreement and Program
When we accept your application, the term of this agreement will begin, and it will last until either party terminates it. Either you or we may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Upon the termination of this agreement for any reason, you will immediately cease use of, and remove from your site, all links to https://creditsolutionsai.com, all of our trademarks, trade dress, and logos, and all other materials provided by or on behalf of us to you pursuant hereto or in connection with the program. Credit Solutions.AI® reserves the right to end the program at any time. Upon program termination, Credit Solutions.AI® will pay any outstanding earnings accrued above $20.
Termination
Credit Solutions.AI®, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the program or any other Credit Solutions.AI® service for any reason at any time. Such termination of the service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account or your access to it, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all potential or to-be-paid commissions in your account if they were earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods. Credit Solutions.AI® reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Relationship of Parties
Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute or imply, or give rise to, any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, employment, or relationship of any kind between you and us. In no way may you act as our agent and make or accept offers or representations. None of your statements, whether posted on your site or elsewhere, should reasonably contradict the provisions of this section.
Limitations of Liability
We disclaim any liability for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, as well as any loss of income, profit, or data, that may result from this agreement or the program, regardless of whether we were informed of the likelihood of such losses. Moreover, the sum of any referral fees paid or due to you under this agreement shall be the maximum of our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this agreement and the program.
Disclaimers
Whether it’s a warranty of fitness, merchantability, noninfringement, or any implied warranty arising out of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage, we don’t make any warranties or representations, either express or implied, with regard to the program or any services sold through the program. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that Credit Solutions.AI® will function without interruptions or faults, and we further disclaim all responsibility for any damages that may result from such events.
Independent Investigation
After reading this agreement, you confirm that you understand and agree to its terms and conditions. THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT PREVENT US FROM SOLICITING, EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, CUSTOMER REFERRALS ON TERMS THAT VARY FROM THOSE SPECIFIED HEREIN OR FROM OPERATIVELY RUNNING WEBSITES THAT COMPETE OR ARE SIMILAR TO YOURS. YOU HAVE DECIDED FOR YOURSELF IF THE PROGRAM IS DESIRABLE, AND YOU WILL NOT RELY ON ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR STATEMENT THAT DOES NOT APPEAR IN THIS AGREEMENT.
Arbitration
You agree to submit any dispute involving this agreement, its transactions, or your relationship with us or our affiliates to confidential arbitration. However, if you have infringed our intellectual property rights, we can seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court, or any other court with competent jurisdiction. The American Arbitration Association’s rules in effect at the time of arbitration will govern the proceedings under this agreement. Any court with the authority to hear and decide arbitration awards may enter them as judgments. No arbitration arising out of or related to this Agreement may, to the maximum extent authorized by law, be combined with any other arbitration arising out of or related to this Agreement in any way, including but not limited to class arbitration proceedings.
Miscellaneous
The laws of the USA, excluding any regulations regarding choice of law, will govern this agreement. In no event, whether by operation of law or otherwise, may you transfer this Agreement without first obtaining our explicit written authorization. This agreement shall be legally enforceable against the parties and their successors and assigns, and shall be binding upon them, subject to the above limitation. Any term of this agreement that we fail to strictly enforce at any point does not mean that we will not later enforce that provision or any other provision of this agreement.
The failure of Credit Solutions.AI® to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms of service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and Credit Solutions.AI® and govern your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Credit Solutions.AI® (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the terms of service).
